Form HereEdward Tobinick, M.D., the founder and Director of the Institute of Neurological Recovery, invented the remarkable groundbreaking perispinal etanercept treatment for stroke and chronic brain injury in 2010. Dr. Tobinick was instrumental in the design of the university study.
